He Terrorized The Blues: Chelsea Agree Fee For Sublime Wonder kid

FC Basel's Mohamed Salah celebrates scoring against Chelsea's during their Champions League Group E soccer match at St. Jakob-Park in Basel
Chelsea have confirmed that they have agreed a fee with Basel for the transfer of Mohamed Salah, with only a medical now standing between him and a move to Stamford Bridge.

Salah had been widely expected to join Liverpool this January after a month of talks with the Swiss club and it was believed a deal was close between the two sides.
However, Chelsea have stolen a march on their Premier League rivals by agreeing a fee believed to be in the region of £15million.

Salah scored in both games against the Blues in the Champions League group stages earlier this season, as Basel twice upset Chelsea to record famous victories over the West London club.
This caught the eye of Jose Mourinho and with Juan Mata seemingly on his way out of the club, he has moved quickly to cut off Liverpool and secure his much-coveted signature.
It is believed that Salah has already agreed personal terms with the Blues as well and will have a medical at Stamford Bridge over the course of the weekend in order to finalise his move.
Salah will become Chelsea’s second signing of the transfer window, having already signed Nemanja Matic from Benfica last week.
