Valuable treasures are precious but good name is eternal legacy. Big mansions are valuable but the name that built them are more popular than such houses. A good name is better than rubies Prov 22:1. Jesus did not leave building, money or movable assets for the disciples, He left a name. He put His name in their name; He put His authority, dominion and glory in their name. They became more famous with the identity of a disciple than their individual names. God’s name is in your name, do not defame it, rather, uphold and magnify it. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. John 14:13-14."
